1 General Provisions and Definitions

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The pbaji platform offers various gaming services including cricket betting, sportsbook, live casino, and slots. The following general rules apply to the use of these services:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, unless pbaji approves it for specific reasons.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

pbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If false information is provided during identity verification.
• If suspicious or unusual gaming activity is observed.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• Upon a user's voluntary request to close their account.

A user may close their account at any time through pbaji support. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the payment method registered in the user's name, provided the wagering requirement has been met and no terms have been violated.
